Reservation policies

General Policies

(1) Cancellations: If the reservation has the "Non-refundable" policy or enters a penalty period, the cancellation request will be applied applying the 100% penalty.

(2) Early departure or no show: If the guest wishes to check out before the date (early departure) or does not show up at the hotel on the day of check-in (no show). Any reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund.

(3) Reservation modification: If the reservation has the "Non-refundable" policy, it cannot be applied to changes of dates, and/or name. If the guest wishes to extend their reservation with the cancellation policy, the policies and restrictions of the original reservation will also be extended.

(4) Refunds: In case the policy is flexible and it is before the penalty period, consider that refunds will be made within 15 business days after the request.

Policies of force majeure

In the event that the property is affected by a natural disaster, the following will be done: During your stay, we offer a certificate for a return stay to the property for the number of unused nights and it will be valid for travel within 1 calendar year from originally booked dates; it is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Space is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. The policy will come into effect once the relevant authorities issue an alert in the area and this directly impacts the property. Does not include the day of departure, airfare, transfers, upgrades, and must be redeemed within one year. Other restrictions may apply.

Cancellation Policies

Flexible 24 hrs

For cancellations between 0 and 1 days before arrival, the penalty of 100% of the total reservation will be applied. For cancellations between 2 and 365 days before arrival, the penalty of 0% of the total reservation will be applied.

Flexible 72 hrs

For cancellations between 0 and 3 days before arrival, the penalty of 100% of the total reservation will be applied. For cancellations between 4 and 365 days before arrival, the penalty of 0% of the total reservation will be applied.

Non refundable

For all cancellations, the penalty of 100% of the total reservation will be applied.
